Nasu Dengaku 

• 2 small eggplant
• 2 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil
• 1/4 cup misopaste
• 2 Tbsp mirin
• 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 Tbsp sake
• sesame seeds
