I think the sauce (miso gochujang sesame oil) reminds me of peanut butter sauce 😮😆

Cubed Tofu and Broccoli with Miso and Gochujang
Yields about 5 cups
- 1 large (around 400g) block of extra-firm tofu
- 1 small head of broccoli, florets only
- 1 smal onion
- 1 garlic clove or a small bunch of garlic scapes
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp miso
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp gochujang or kochujang (depending on how spicy you like it)
- 1 tsp soy sauce or to taste
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- 2-3 Tbsp water
