I think the sauce (miso gochujang sesame oil) reminds me of peanut butter sauce 😮😆

Cubed Tofu and Broccoli with Miso and Gochujang

Yields about 5 cups
  • 1 large (around 400g) block of extra-firm tofu
  • 1 small head of broccoli, florets only
  • 1 smal onion
  • 1 garlic clove or a small bunch of garlic scapes
  • 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp miso
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp gochujang or kochujang (depending on how spicy you like it)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce or to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 2-3 Tbsp water
