It's another Eggplant dish 😁😁😁
It's easy. The eggplant is soaked in vinegar water for three minutes, drained and steamed for 8-10 minutes. Pour the sauce, top with garlic and scallion, then pour with hot oil.
Lao Gan Ma (Old Godmother) is a famous brand of addictive chili sauce made in China.
