Rich Chocolate Pudding Pie
For the crust:
30 chocolate wafers (such as Nabisco's Famous Chocolate Wafers)
85 g bittersweet chocolate, melted
1 Tbsp canola oil

For the chocolate custard filling:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups milk
2 large egg yolks
100 g bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 Tbsp white rum
