Xiao Long Bao

Xiao Long Bao is a type of soup dumpling. The characteristic soup-filled kind are created by wrapping solid meat aspic inside the skin alongside the meat filling. Heat from steaming then melts the gelatin-gelled aspic into soup.
I got potsticker skin leftover and braised pork belly broth leftover. For the aspic, the broth combined with chicken legs and wings and...abracadabra (just enough for 4 pieces >.<) It's far from perfect though, so will definitely make again ^^
