It's for my father's birthday \(^0^)/ Sheng Ri Kuai Le!
I made a brownies version of black glutinous rice steamed cake since he seems to like black glutinous rice steamed cake a lot.

The recipe is from Ricke Ordinary Kitchen

Black Glutinous Rice Steamed Brownies
makes 1 (20x20x7 cm) cake

6 eggs
200 g sugar
1 tsp emulsifier
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

2 Tbsp condensed milk

250 g black glutinous rice
20 g cocoa powder

100 g dark cooking chocolate
200 ml vegetable oil or melted butter

Rice chocolate for filling
