Chicken and Mushroom Japanese-style Pasta :: Jidori to Kinoko no Wafu Pasta

 80 g chicken
 40 g mushrooms (Shiitake, oyster, etc.)
 1/2 onion
 1 spring onion
 90 g spaghetti
 75 ml dashi
 2.5 Tbsp soy sauce
 1 Tbsp mirin
 15 g butter
 Nori, to garnish
 Vegetable oil for frying
