For the bread dough:
200 g Bread (strong) flour
100 g Cake flour
25 g Sugar
3 g Salt (added separately from yeast)
1/2 Egg
10 gr Butter
5 g Dry yeast
140 ml Milk
1/2 Egg for glazing
For the filling:
240 g Koshi-an
Chocolate for decorating:
10 g Chocolate bar
5 g Butter
1 dash Milk
