Snowskin Mooncakes Skin


3 September 2014 - 2014's Snowskin Mooncake for Autumn Moon Viewing Day
The filling are red bean paste and white chocolate chip (matcha green tea skin); strawberry jam (pink skin) ^0^ I wish I have a proper mooncake mold.

I prefer the other Christine's snowskin skin (the pandan snowskin) then this skin (a little too soft for my liking).

Snowskin Mooncakes Skin
makes 8 mooncakes (@ 65 g, 4.5x4.5x2.5 cm)
 

40 g glutinous rice flour
20 g rice flour
8 g wheat starch
12 g plain flour
35 g caster sugar
160 ml milk
35 ml condensed milk
30 ml vegetable oil (such as sunflower oil or canola oil)
1½ tsp matcha powder
3 Tbsp cooked glutinous rice flour, for coating
