Champorado (Filipino Chocolate Rice Pudding)

I found the champorado a little too rich and thick. But it's nice for dessert and for chocolate lover.

Champorado (Filipino Chocolate Rice Pudding)
serves 6
 

1 cup glutinous rice
1.5 cup milk
3/4 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar, or to taste

Mix all ingredients except the sugar in a pan, bring to boil and then simmer (about 25-30 minutes).
Stir to prevent sticking. When the rice is fully cooked, add sugar.
Serve with additional milk.
