Steamed Chicken with Preserved Bean Curd Sauce


Half a chicken; cleaned and chopped into pieces
Green onion (scallion); julienned

Ginger; julienned
Red chili; julienned

For the marinate and sauce, mix until smooth:
3 cubes of preserved bean curd
2-3 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine

1 tsp sugar
