Nama Chocolate is basically a really thick and creamy chocolate dusted with cocoa powder, it's super rich, almost like eating a solidified ganache. One square could easily satisfy the hungriest chocoholic.

Nama Chocolate
20x20 cm baking dish cut into 36 squares
The ratio for chocolate and cream is 2 to 1
400 g good quality dark chocolate (70% cacao)
200 ml heavy cream (38% fat)
Liqueur of your choice (optional)
Cocoa powder to coat the chocolate
