Negi Miso Chicken
1 February 2018 - Negi Miso Chicken |
A couple of weeks ago I bought a bag of miso. It's a big bag, last time I bought it, the miso lasted for a year :p. So brace with me, there will be some miso used recipes.
The negi miso chicken is sweet, savory and delicious. I will make it again and tried the sauce on others too :D
Quoted from the Just One Cookbook website: "Negi Miso is a very handy sauce, similar to pesto sauce for western cuisine. We use this sauce as a dip for cucumbers and carrot sticks. Other ways to enjoy include spooning a little bit of this paste on top of rice or tofu to provide flavors, and sometime this can be used as marinade for fish and meat."
The recipe is from Just One Cookbook
