Chicken and vegetable rolls (Yasai no nikumaki)

It is thinly sliced vegetables rolled inside thinly sliced meat, seasoned, pan fried and coated in sauce. I used the barbeque-y sauce....
 ^^ yay...it's easy to made, delicious, and good looking.

Chicken and vegetable rolls (Yasai no nikumaki)

Thinly sliced meat (beef, pork, ham, chicken, etc)
Thinly sliced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, enoki mushrooms, asparagus stalk, green onions, etc), blanced
Salt and pepper
Cornstarch

For the barbeque-y sauce
2 Tbs. ketchup
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs. water
a few drops of Tabasco (optional)
