Biscoitos de Maizena (Maizena Cookies)

Vanilla flavored, crisp and melt in your mouth...heaven :D         PS. my mom love it

The recipe is based on Whats Cooking America's

Biscoitos de Maizena (Maizena Cookies)
60-80 small cookies (2-3 stoples)

225 g margarine
225 g granulated sugar
1 egg
350 g cornstarch or maizena
1/2 tsp vanilla

Cream margarine and sugar. Add in egg, mix, add in maizena and vanilla. Blend until the dough is no longer sticky and not crumble but still soft. 
Roll into small balls, press flat with fork. lay on greased cookie sheets. 
Bake 100-121ºC for 20-25 minutes until dry but not browned.
