It's a BIG burger (^o^) three times bigger than our local franchise store's burger. Mom said, "The sauce is delicious...
I want some more."....After I poured the sauce from the pan into a pot and put the pan on dish washer, she said, "Clean the pan thoroughly and lick the spoon." But then she changed her mind and do it herself...LOL

Light Brioche Burger Buns

The buns recipe is from Smitten Kitchen

Light Brioche Burger Buns
makes 8 (4 inches) buns

3 Tbsp warm milk
2 tsp active dry yeast
2.5 Tbsp sugar

1 large egg (+1 egg for brushing on top buns for crisp top)

3 cups bread flour
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1.5 tsp salt
2.5 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened

sesame seeds (optional)
Note: The dough will be on the sticky side.

2 spring onion, chopped

1/2 tsp salt

2 Tbsp margarine
1/4 cup vinegar or lemon
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
dash of cayenne pepped
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
