French Apple Cake
one 23 cm cake

110 g flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
4 large apples, diced into 3 cm pieces
2 large eggs
150 g sugar
3 Tbsp dark rum
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
115 g butter, melted
