I want to make matcha roll but I've got to practice first =p I'm not satisfied with the texture, next time i will try another recipe....

A Swiss roll, jelly roll, or cream roll is a type of sponge cake roll filled with whipped cream, jam, or icing.

3/4 cup cake flour
2 Tbsp & 1 tsp matcha
3/4 tsp baking powder
4 eggs, separated
scant 3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 Tbsp sugar
