I know, I know, muffins are not suppose to have frosting, but I couldn't resist.. (BTW it's the first time I frost..I have to learn more)

The recipe is from Bao Bread

Easy Chocolate Muffin
makes <12 mini muffins

130 g all purpose flour
30 g chocolate powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

70 g brown sugar
1 egg
50 g melted butter
120 g milk
50 g chocolate chips

The frosting is a regular buttercream frosting (butter, powdered sugar, milk) plus coffee granules.
