The dietary fiber for eggplant is 3 gram/100 gram raw, it's higher than spinach, cay-sim, Napa cabbage, broccoli, lettuce or other vegetable that I usually ate. So I think I'll eat more eggplant and start finding eggplant dish the I like =))
