The National Institutes of Medicine reports that the amount of fiber you need per day depends on your gender and how many calories you consume. Women typically require about 25 grams of fiber, while men need 38 grams.
The dietary fiber for eggplant is 3 gram/100 gram raw, it's higher than spinach, cay-sim, Napa cabbage, broccoli, lettuce or other vegetable that I usually ate. So I think I'll eat more eggplant and start finding eggplant dish the I like =))
