Braised Pork Belly in Coca Cola (Tau Yu Bak)

8 dried Shiitake, soaked and trimmed
4 eggs, boiled
1-2 Tbsp cooking oil
500 g pork belly
2 Tbsp dark soy sauce
330 ml coca cola
750 ml water
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
4 cloves
1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
1,5 bulb garlic
white pepper
1-2 pieces fried bean curd
Scallion for garnish
