I looked for the recipe and found a similar one in AGS Food blogspot and scribble it.(thanks God I noted it because the page seems disappear from the net).
It's delicious, simple, and addictive.
Terik Tahu
Made into paste:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp coriander, pan fried
2 candlenut, pan fried
pinch of salt and white pepper
Other ingredients:
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
300 ml chicken stock
2 bay leaves
2 kaffir lime leaves
1 cm galangal, smashed
5 bean curd, cut triangle and pan fried
3 hard boiled egg
200 ml coconut milk
Palm sugar, salt and ground white pepper to taste
Fried shallots for toppings (optional)
