The Shinya Shokudo Series - SAUCE YAKISOBA with Sunny-Side-Up Egg on Top. I substituted aonori with crushed nori.

Yakisoba
For 1 person

Yakisoba, 1 person pack
Soy bean sprouts (fresh),
Leeks, cut into 1~2 cm long bits,
Pork, cut in thin strips,
Furikake, 1 small pack
Yakisoba sauce,
Sauce suggestion: Japanese Sake, Mirin/sweet sake, soy sauce & Worcester sauce: 1 tsp each. Add 1 teaspoon of yakisoba sauce to that!
