Oh well didn't look like what was expected, but the taste was good (on the Final quest of "so my father won't finish the nutella jar in one or two time")

Flourless Nutella Souffle Cake

5 Grade B eggs (around 58-61g each with shells on), separated
80 g sugar
160 g unsalted butter
100 g dark chocolate
200 g nutella
1 tsp instant coffee dissolved with 1 tsp boiling water
½ tsp vanilla extract

Butter for greasing and cocoa powder for dusting

Snow powder and strawberries as garnish
