Hot and Sour Chicken Noodle Soup
This is one of the very few printed recipes I have. Back then I made this one because it has chicken breast and noodle and Chinese food. I preferred
chicken breast to other meat because it easier to get. It was a little difficult to get it right at first time, the lack ingredients and the lack of experience was the problem. I substituted the cider vinegar to white regular vinegar without adjusting the amount and created a disaster, but still ate-able..=))
PS. the above picture I took about a year after the first time I cooked it (below picture), an improvement...LOL
