It is a chicken nugget with honey garlic sauce. The note I wrote for this recipe was "totally Honey taste and Honey fragrant".
The chicken is marinated with salt and pepper, coated with egg white, all purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, ice cold water, salt and vegetable oil batter, rested in refrigerator and then deep fried. The honey garlic sauce is made from honey, garlic oil, Shaoxing wine, apple cider vinegar, salt and water.
