Mie Goreng Java

I love this noodles. The above picture is made recently and the below picture is the first time I made it.

27 April 2012 - Mie Goreng Java

It is an egg noodle with cabbage (a must have), bean sprout, chicken, and shrimp. The seasoning is a paste made from candlenuts, garlic and white peppercorn and also some Indonesian sweet soy sauce (after the protein is added). It is garnished with scallion, Chinese celery and fried shallot.
