Panda Bread
a loaf

210 g (rice milk + egg yolk)
230 g bread flour
70 g cake flour
30 g caster sugar
4.5 g salt
7 g instant yeast
18 g unsalted butter
8 g green tea powder dissolved in 10 g water
8 g cocoa powder dissolved in 8 g boiling water
a few drops of red food coloring
