The Shinya Shokudo Series - Japanese PUDDING

I cooked too hot hence the dimples oh well... It's soft creamy and still jiggle though (。◠‿◠。)

Creme Caramel Pudding
serves 4
 

3 Eggs
90 grams Sugar
3/4 tsp Vanilla extract
450 ml     Milk

For the Caramel:
40 grams Sugar
2 tsp Water
