The recipe is from Sajian Sedap. The recipe is not recommended, the steaming time is too long, the water maybe
too much so I adjust the skin's recipe here and there including the filling. Really sticky and it's a struggle to made, but... bingo satisfied at the end ^0^
Next time I'll use a recommended recipe from Hesti My Work of Art
(this is the recommended recipe):
For the mochi:
150 g white glutinous rice powder
50 g black glutinous rice powder
50 g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract powder
1 Tbsp oil
10 g corn starch
100 ml water
50 ml hot water
For the filling I used roasted peanut, a little salt and sugar, or just used peanut butter ;)
