We've got a delicious chicken ramen restaurant here in Bandung. It is really a recommended one compare to other ramen eatery. (There're plenty of good ramen eatery in Jakarta but there's just one yet in Bandung). So this chicken ramen is an attempt to copy it. (and it's a succes ^^)

The recipe is based on No Recipes'

I used the chicken stock (plus soy milk) and chicken chasu from last posts, thinly sliced cloud ear fungus, marinated soft boiled egg, nori, scallion and garlic togarashi chili oil.
