Cantonese Steamed Dori Fish

26 June 2015 - Cantonese Steamed Dori Fish (fillet ikan patin)

I add a splash of shaoxing wine at the end for extra fragrant..love it..(^0^)b

Cantonese Steamed Fish  
 

    2 scallions
    fresh ginger, about 2 Tbsp julienned
    1 small bunch of cilantro
    1 ½ Tbsp soy sauce
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp sugar
    2 Tbsp water
    1 medium tilapia, grey sole, flounder or fluke filet
    2 Tbsp oil
