Tomato Rice


4 August 2015 - Tomato Rice
I used green bean, lap cheong and scrambled egg. Next time I will try it with rice:water = 1:1 ratio.

Tomato Rice 

serves 3-4

    1 whole tomato, about 200 g
    1 cup (rice-cooker cup, about 155 g) rice
    1.2 cup (rice-cooker cup) water
    40 g corn kernels
    1 tsp oil
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp sugar
    100 g soy beans
    60 g diced bacon
