Pampis Ikan Tongkol (Spicy Tuna Floss)
1 (about 1.5 kg) Tuna , steamed, boned and shredded
5 Kaffir lime leaves, finely minced
1 pandan leave, finely minced
1 turmeric leave, finely minced
3 scallion, finely minced
2 Tbsp oil
To be made into paste:
15 bird eye chili
5 chili pepper
2 lemongrass, white part only
7 shallots
5 garlic cloves
3 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp sugar
1 tsp stock cube (optional)
