Claypot Egg Tofu with Chicken and Vegetable

Note: yay \(^^)/ the first dish on the new clay pot..yum..yum..

I didn't use a recipe, it's a simple dish. The proteins are chicken breast cut to bite size pieces, marinated and pan seared egg tofu. The vegetables are broccoli, carrot, cloud ear fungus. The seasoning are garlic, ginger, salt, white pepper powder, Shaoxing wine, a little sugar and Maizena in water for thickening.
