Sago Cookies
about 60-70 cookies (diameter 2.5cm)
100 g castor sugar
1 egg
100 ml coconut milk (+ about 50 ml)
300 g sago flour (pan fried with 5 pandan leaves until fragrant, cooled)
salt a pinch
Mix well. Kneed evenly. Wrap and rest for about 1 hour. Grease baking pan. Roll out the dough and cut. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
