Chocolate Oatmeal Cake for my mom's birthday. A healthier cake (with oatmeal, reduce sugar and no frosting). The taste is still delicious. The texture is soft, moist and crumbly (^o^)v  I halved the recipe to bake on 6 inch pan.


PS. We celebrate together with birthday noodles (I make one for surprise but mom didn't know also bought one so we ate two portion ^^) and baso tahu Akim
