I change the orange glaze to lime glaze. It's a cake like cookie with "bangket" flavor. The lime glaze is a nice kick.

Sweet Potato Pie Cookies with Lime Glaze
24-36 cookies

2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt

110 g salted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sweet potato puree

1 cup chopped raisins

For lime glaze:
1,5 cup confectioner's sugar
3 Tbsp lime juice
