Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
one 9-inch pie (I used 1/3 recipe to make 6 minis)

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
110 g unsalted butter
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
60 ml water
4 Tbsp white sugar
4 Tbsp brown sugar
8 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cured and sliced + lemon juice

Ps: I made another medium and big apple pies and I think I'm going to stick to mini or medium apple pies since the big apple pie was messy when cut.
