Devil's Food Cake
one 9-inch cake
70 g cocoa powder
1.5 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
120 g unsalted butter
1.5 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup milk
For ganache frosting:
300 g bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup water (or cream)
85 g unsalted butter
