Listening to my mom story and seeing how fast the cakes disappear, it seems that my father really like them..
The recipe is from NCC Indonesia (Ms. Fatmah Bahalwan)

Black Glutinous Rice Steamed Cake
makes a 9 inch bundt cake
 
6 eggs
200 g sugar
1 tsp cake emulsifier

350 g black glutinous rice powder
1/4 tsp salt
150 ml vegetable oil
200 ml coconut milk
