Tuna Soboro with Ginger

I made it from tuna fillet, since the tuna fillet was cheaper then the canned tuna (steamed and flaked). It has a complex balance of sweet sour savory and umami with gingery fragrant ^0^b

Tuna Soboro with Ginger
serves 2-4

200 g water-packed tuna
1 heaping tsp finely grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
3 Tbsp pineapple juice (or other sweet and sour fruit juice)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
