It has lots of umami taste (shiitake, tomato sauce, pork, cheese, gochujang)...yummy (｡◠‿◠｡)

Spicy Cheesy Gochujang Spaghetti
serves 3-5
 
350 g assorted mushrooms
4 Tbsp olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
140 g ground pork
1/2 onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp gochujang
2 tsp flour
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmigiano cheese
salt to taste
300 g spaghetti
